Our Story

Just like our clients, we began as a foreign-based company looking to grow in the U.S. After 15 years holding executive recruiting and top-level technology roles in multiple companies, our co-founders brought their deep understanding of the recruitment, executive search and business worlds to the U.S. with the goal of helping global companies navigate the daunting journey of opening operations here. With advanced degrees in psychology, mediation and engineering, combined with years of experience with top technology companies and a deep understanding of the U.S. and international hi-tech landscape, they developed an innovative and original methodology based on their unique backgrounds and international business experience.
